![]() Of course though, I'm pretty new to the game, and play 3v3 and 4v4 most. Messaggio originale di Basil:I've been using conscripts a lot more than penals, mostly because I just like them as a unit over penals. I guess if I was to propose a change, when moving to a 7 man squad, maybe give the 7th man a SVT or PPSH? Just make it possible for the conscripts to be semi useful against infantry, without having to have a doctrine. ![]() It just feels like Shocks are the only top tier infantry unit the Soviets get, which is a doctrine unit. When volkgrendediers get STG, it's basically impossible to beat them, when Panzerfusiliers get g43, it's impossible to beat them. (look at footage of Soviets in 45, nearly ALL of them have a ppsh or SVT)ĪND WHY DO PENALS GET BETTER WEAPONS THAN CONSCRIPTS? Makes 0 sense. My question is.why? This is 1944-45, Soviets had PPSHs and SVTs readily available, why are they stuck with mosins (Which suck in the game) unless using a doctrine? Basically forcing you to go PPSH if you want good conscript squads. Only with the PPSH do they become an okay unit.Īnd now they're removing the reload bonus for 7 men squads. But they completely suck against infantry. ![]() I get the whole thing about how they're versatile, with the merge ability, molotov (Which is pretty useless against a good micro enemy) and AT tank grenade. I've been using conscripts a lot more than penals, mostly because I just like them as a unit over penals.īut my god they're top tier garbage, espesially early game.
